Booking Deadline: To secure your spot on this epic adventure, a non-refundable deposit of 300 USD must be transferred before November 30, 2025. Any necessary additional costs that arise due to unforeseen circumstances during the trip will be settled as they occur.
What is Included in Your Tour Investment:
Accommodation: All hotel and homestay stays throughout the 7 days (as per your chosen package).
Meals: All specified meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the tour.
Entrance Fees: All necessary tickets and fees for tourist attractions mentioned in the itinerary.
Motorbike Rental (if needed): Cost of renting a motorbike is covered if you select the rental option.
Logistics Support: A dedicated Support Pickup Truck will travel with the group to carry all luggage and provide quick roadside assistance for minor issues throughout the entire journey.
What is Not Included (Please Budget Separately):
Flights: Round-trip airfare is self-arranged to allow for maximum personal schedule flexibility.
Personal Vehicle Transport: Transportation of your private motorbike to and from the starting point via QUỐC KHÁNH CP is 135 USD per one-way trip (230 USD round-trip).
Bike Rental in Hanoi (Optional):
CRF300: 55 USD per day X 7 Days = 385 USD
CB500X: 70 USD per day x 7 Days = 490 USD
Personal Expenses: Fuel (petrol/gasoline) for your bike, laundry services, and any other personal expenditures.
Essential Preparation Notes
To ensure a smooth and safe journey, please take note of the following:
Vehicle Check: If shipping your personal bike, thoroughly check the battery and tires to ensure they are robust enough for light off-road sections. Please check your vehicle before sending it.
Luggage: We highly recommend packing your belongings in waterproof bags or backpacks.
Weather Gear: November weather, especially in the Northern Highlands like Y Ty, can bring light rain, fog, and cold temperatures. Please pack warm jackets and proper rain gear.
Vehicle Shipping Deadline: If you are sending your personal motorbike, please arrange for it to be shipped at least 6 days in advance. The absolute latest anticipated drop-off date is Dec 16, 2025.
